What is Voucher Valley?
A community service for exchanging Dunnes Stores vouchers between real shoppers. We're not a voucher generator. Every voucher in the pool was uploaded by another member.
Is this a WhatsApp group?
No. It's a private one-to-one chat between you and the bot. No group spam, and nobody else sees your messages or your number.
How do coins work?
You start with 10 welcome coins. A €10 voucher costs 10 coins, a €5 costs 15 (they're more popular) and a €20 costs 5. You earn coins by uploading vouchers or inviting friends, and they never expire.
How do I upload a voucher?
Send the bot a screenshot from the Dunnes app, or a photo of the paper receipt voucher if your ValueClub card wasn't scanned. Every valid upload earns you coins.
What does Forever Free include?
Three vouchers per month, every month, which covers most people. For unlimited requests there's Pro (€3/mo, 14-day trial) or a €1 Day Pass.
Can I return a voucher?
No. Once a voucher is taken it can't be returned, so only request one when you're sure you'll use it. If a voucher turns out to be already redeemed, you can request a replacement.
Where does it work?
Republic of Ireland, Dunnes Stores, in-store only. You can request vouchers between 7:00 and 23:00 daily, and upload any time.
